Extension and re-planning of an upscale seaside destination, covering residential and hotel properties, retail, and adjacent amenities including a marina, a casino, pedestrian and cycle facilities, and service and logistics zones. The site sits in a sensitive, risk-prone coastal environment.

We produced a detailed intervention plan that maps where investment should go and re-plans the site’s key urban features to make a livable, cohesive place.
