Designed a new multi-use boardwalk to protect the historic Carenage area from storm surge and sea level rise, and enhance public access to the sea, creating pedestrian and cycling access, integrating a new ferry terminal, and offering spaces for local businesses, while managing urban heat through green and sustainable infrastructure.
