Ciudad Morazán is a special development zone city, in a working-class area of Honduras. Combining industry, housing, commercial and civic services, this new city has a dynamic economy and a small footprint. Our design created a safe, walkable urban layout and three new low-cost housing types to fill open niches in the local hmarket.
